Directions from Swinford/Dublin/Sligo Route(s)

Arrive at the first roundabout and take the 3rd exit, bringing you past , the Cinema and Lidl.
At the Lidl roundabout continue straight through, passing two local schools.
Continue along the road until you meet a mini-roundabout. Take the 3rd exit, continuing towards another roundabout.
Take the 2nd exit at this roundabout i.e. turn right
Follow the road until you are at a junction. Take the right up the hill, towards Knockthomas.
Go to the crest of the hill, and the Clinic is at the top of the hill with brass plate and wall plate(s) as CASTLEBAR PHYSIOTHERAPY and ACUPUNCTURE CLINIC.

At the Kilkenny Cross roundabout, take the 2nd exit which brings you past Baxter and Roadstone.
Arrive at a roundabout and take the 2nd exit, bringing you past , the Cinema and Lidl.
At the Lidl roundabout continue straight through.
Continue along the road until you meet a mini-roundabout. Continue straight towards town centre (2nd exit)
At final small roundabout take 3rd exit- up hill. At junction turn right continue up hill. Go to the crest of the hill, and the Clinic is a yellow bungalow on the left hand side of the road.

Continue into Castlebar, to the Cathal Duffy roundabout. Take the 3rd exit at the roundabout and follow the road.
Arrive at Mulroy�s roundabout and take the 1st exit, bringing you past Sheridan�s Electric, the Cinema and Lidl.
At the Lidl roundabout continue straight through.
Continue along the road until you meet a mini-roundabout. Take the 2nd exit, continuing towards another roundabout.
Take the 3rd exit at this roundabout heading up a small hill.
Follow the road until you are at a junction. Take the right up the hill, towards Knockthomas
Go to the crest of the hill, and the Clinic is a yellow bungalow on the left hand side of the road.
Name of clinic is over door accompanied by brass plate on wall.

Arrive at the roundabout on the Ring Road. Take the 1st exit.
Continue straight through the McDonald�s roundabout, up to the traffic lights. Continue straight through the traffic lights, passing the Church on your right.
At the crossroads take a right onto Linenhall Street.
At the lights at the end of Linenhall Street go left and continue straight up the hill.
Go to the crest of the hill, and the Clinic is a yellow bungalow on the left hand side of the road.

Go straight through the lights at St. Gerald�s College and continue to the next set of traffic lights.
Turn left at the traffic lights, going up Chapel Street, passing the Church on your right.
At the crossroads take a right onto Linenhall Street.
At the lights at the end of Linenhall Street go left and continue straight up the hill.
Go to the crest of the hill, and the Clinic is a yellow bungalow on the left hand side of the road.

The Clinic is a yellow semi-detached bungalow just over the crest of the hill on the right hand side.
